| Review: | This company had me give them a credit card to hold some possible dates for a move. I was also given a date that would release the reservation and no charge would be incurred. I called and cancelled by the date given and 2 days later they charged my credit card anyway. When I received the bill (my monthly statement) I immediately called and was told they had to research the situation and that I had to speak to Brian as he took my order. They promised me he would call me back. He did not. But I called him and he said he would call back as he was trying to clear things up with "Mary". He did not call back. I called again, he was gone. I called today, and after being told I could speak with him, then suddenly "He has just stepped out for lunch." I was told he would call me. He did not. I called again later and he "must have left for the day."
I think this constitutes fraud. I have contacted my credit card company and they are now disputing the charge. Stay away from this outfit. Best Price, worst service, and dishonest or at least deceptive from my perspective. |
