| Review: | Prior to changing there names, this company ran under Express Moving Storage out of NY. They moved us from Connecticut to Arizona. Bottom line: Our items arrived 3 weeks AFTER the promised date. Most of which were damaged by water, or broken do to poor handling. The worse part...They kept half of our belonging!!!!!!!. Spoke to Pablo and Adam on the phone SEVERAL times in attempts to get some of our items back....Only to be told "sorry we closed our doors and started a new company". Horrible service, phones we just shut off when they decided to close shop! It is now May and my 3 and 4 year olds still ask where their bikes are that the movers stole! BEWARE! |
