| Review: | Watch out for this company; they're unprepared and unprofessional. They quoted us for 4500$ but we had to pay more because they had miscalculated or underestimated the size of our move. That's what you get for dealing with peddlers and unexperienced pen-pushers. We paid 7000$ for a move from California to Quebec (Canada). They made us pay IN ADVANCE and many things were simply missing, such as electronics, toys, car seat, baby crib, the list goes on. They don't care since they've already been paid. They use sub-contractors so they have very little control over what happens to your stuff (and obviously the couldn't care less, as long as you pay!). When we told them about it, they didn't care. They told us to file a claim report and that's it. You don't get reimbursed, they don't even apologize. They just said that we should have taken the insurance (for a mear $1500 more!)We told them that some of the stuff we received wasn't ours (that's right, we have other people's stuff) but they don't care. They don't want to come and get it and just told us to keep it. Don't be a victim like we were.
AVOID INFINITY MOVERS. Don't be fooled by their smooth talking salespeople! Go with Allied Van Lines, they're the leaders in the moving business, not amators like Infinity. Save yourself a lot of agravation. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR PIECE OF MIND!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! |
