They waste time in packing (slow packing), to get more hourly price.
They charged too much for packing.
Movers are not professionals (One of the move looks like a teen).
They unnecessary packed lot of other stuff saying that they will not move unless packed, they do this just to make sure that they can waste more time and get more bill.
I have to pay before unloading the stuff, since it took more than two hours for loading, then charged for another 2 hours for unloading. Once the payment is made, they just finished the unloading in one hour.
They cheated me big time.
I have to pay and also sign every where they ask for, just because my stuff is in their truck, they keep all wrong numbers and wrong information on the documents.
Double travel time is common, but be aware of it.
Also get ready to stop your move just because of their terms and conditions, they will let you know about their terms and conditions once after they are at your door, it will take another 20 minutes to 30 minutes for going through their terms and conditions but you will be charged for that time also.
My experience is never go for hourly move, just go for fixed price move.
I packed my stuff for 3 days in boxes. After doing all that I gave $565 for my one bed room apartment move. Apart for that high price they left lot of stuff in the old apartment saying that they will not move unless they pack them. But that packing is going to cost me another $300 or more. So I asked them not to move those items.
Most importantly, my stuff has lots of damages. And also they removed all the packaging right in the trunk itself before unloading. And that made the move more worst.
