| Review: | I am writing to commend one of Infinity's employees, Rev Brayman.
For the past several months she has been working with me to coordinate our move from New Hampshire to Florida. This has included the transportation of my husband’s truck. The reason I chose Infinity Movers was because of Rev’s professional manner, demeanor and rapid response in answering my inquiries.
Her performance level superseded all other moving companies I had contacted.
I worked as a Supervisor in a Customer Service Department of this area’s electric company before going into administration with human service agencies such as the United Way. I understand the pressure and stress that customer service positions and handling the public can present.
During the process of this move I have dealt with realtors and their staff, motor home rental companies, utility companies…a multitude of individuals. Rev has stood out from the rest. She has demonstrates the highest degree of professionalism, been constantly courteous and supportive, succinct in the information provided, responded in an extremely prompt amount of time and has been a true pleasure to work with.
