| Review: | continental express movers out of CA provided an atrocious moving experience. A synopsis of the problems I had with this company include, but are not limited to:
1. My original quote of $414.00 ballooned to $2103.00 by the end of the move. The movers would not unload my possessions to the new residence without me paying them.
2. Bait & Switch from two movers in quote to three movers upon arrival.
3. Movers were 2 1/2 hours late, and didn't start my move until 8.30PM.
4. Movers were still moving at 3AM that morning and had to stop that night and claimed they would return at 9AM to finish their job.
5. The movers refused to return before 2PM the next day.
6. The dispatch was unprofessional, made excuses, and lied about the entire experience.
7. The movers damaged my new residence and many of my important possessions, including my bed and desk.
8. Despite over 30 attempts to speak with a supervisor, owner or manager both during and after this move, I was ignored 100% by the company.
9. The dispatch offered me two free dinner passes to a restaurant when I informed him of the massive damage caused to my residence and possessions.
