| Review: | In a nutshell, it was the most horrible experience that I have had. These people are not professional and they have poor follow up. I feel that I overpayed for the service that I recieved. I am currently filing a claim for items that were stolen, items that were not delivered, and the poor customer service. If you try and call the offices- good luck. Noone is ever there and you have to go through so many stupid messages it is ridiculous. You would think from the sales team that they had their stuff together, but they definitely do not. I wish I would have gone on this site prior to going with them. I work for Fortune 500 company that moves people all the time across the country- I definitely would not reccomend them. |
