| Review: | I was promised the movers would show up at 11am, they showed up at 3pm. The movers were rude and didn't speak english. I was asked to sign/initial about 6 pages of paperwork, and the movers didn't speak Engligh enough to explain them to me when I had questions. I tried to call headquarters, no one answered and the movers didn't know what time the offices closed.
They took their sweet time, used an exhorbident amount of packaging materials (which I was responsible for paying for after the fact), and they charged me $75 for "gas" when my two apartments were less than 5 miles apart. They took a big chunk out of my dressor and tried to leave when my kitchen table and dressor were still in pieces.
They would dissapear constantly during the move and once when i went to find them, they were sitting in their car on their cell phones having a smoke break. On my time and money.
Would NOT recomend them. |
