My husband was transferred from Terra Haute, Indiana to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Now this wasn't our first trip down the road with movers, we had been transferred before. We were lucky the company let us choose who we wanted to move us. I called three companies to come and give us estimates. The first company that came to the house for the estimate was late. The company representative didn't want to answer any questions and gave me a price I felt was extremely high(even though I wasn't paying I thought the price was high). The second company never even showed up, not a telephone call, nothing just didn't ever arrive. Well they were automatically marked off my list. The third company americasmovingservices.com, had their representitive call me on time, friendly and asked me about anything in the house that was extremely expensive that needed special care. Right from the beginning I liked the way I was treated. He gave me my estimate it was very reasonable, so this company was our choice. I was told what time the packers would be there, how many there would be and an approximate time for how long it would take them to pack my things. They were right on time, with all the materials they needed. They packed everything with great care and where through and walking out my door in about 5 hours. The next day the actual movers came to pack our things on their truck, they too were on time, friendly and worked steadily until the job was finished. Before they left they gave me their mobile number for the truck, since the same people who had loaded the truck, would be the ones who delivered it at my new home. This gave me even more confidence in this company, because these guys knew what they had moved and where they had placed it. They arrived not on time, but a day later than anticipated at my new home. Came in and asked me where each item needed to be put. They unloaded my boxes and placed them in the room in which they needed to be so that I could unpack them. They sat every piece of furniture where I told them too, they even moved one item twice because I changed my mind about where it should go. No complaining, just a yes mam. They had my furniture and belongings unloaded in about 5 hours. They set up all my beds, putting beds back together, mattresses on beds and even asked me to make sure they where were I wanted them to be. I had no broken dishes, glass items, pictures or mirrors. They once again gave me the company phone number and said if as I unpacked and found something broken to give them a call and they would be happy to help me get it replaced. So I signed the delivery form and these guys thanked us not once, but twice for using their service. This was definitely the best of the two experiences we had with movers. They let us know that they appreciated our business and hoped that we would use them again. All of the people that we came in contact with from americas moving services were friendly, cooperative and seemed genuinely thankful for our business. If you are thinking of moving, I would say definitely give this company a call. If they treat all their customers as we were treated, they are truly first class.
