Overall our experience with America's Moving Services was very good but it could have been a little smoother. We were picked up 2 days later than we were supposed to be as they constantly communicated with us telling us that the truck reserved for our move was full adn they had re-routed a truck from Nashville to pick us up. The truck did show up early in the morning 2 days later and the driver and his 2 men were very nice and apologetic but when they showed up they had explained that they were unprepared for the packing of our boxes since they were re directed by America's Moving and could not find boxes along the route so they had to find a U-haul and get supplies which took another 2 hours. Once they arrived back at our house they really did a great job and even though our packing was substantially over the estimated amount they credited us $300.00 for the delays. All in all we would use them again but would hope they would show up on time and bring the proper supplies the first time.
