My move was pretty much standard but nothing incredibly special. They had to pack 28 boxes for us and load our household goods and move us to Santa Clara California. The only real issue we have is with our delivery time. We were told to expect anywhere from 4-10 days for delivery and it took 15 days which made us unhappy since we had our lifelong possesions in their truck and were really unprepared for a longer wait. When we called we spoke with both owners Eric and Howard who were apologetic but not much help and they both kept saying we would be compensated for our wait but that is not what we wanted we just wanted our stuff. In the end, they did compensate us $250.00 for our troubles and everything did turn up in the same shape it left so we can't complain about that but we would have like to have been better prepared for a longer delivery time. I know this sounds like a complaint and it is not because in the end we would recommend this company to others but we would advise people to pack extra items and neccessitites in case deliveries are held back.
