My husband was transferred for his job and they were picking up to $5,000.00 of the relocation costs. We looked online and recieved quotes from 10 or so different companies and also had quotes and in-home visual estimates from the referred movers by my husbands company and they were astronomical. One company quoted us $10,500.00 for a full service move and another was just under $10,000.00 A colleague of my husbands had moved through America's Moving Services last year and had forwarded the name to him and considering the price quoted by the other movers we called them for a quote and their sales rep Eric quoted us based on the inventory list and packing that the other Van Lines quoted us on and their price was $6,800.00 for the same exact services. That would make our out-of-pocket expenses under $2,000.00 as opposed to 5K from the other companies. We booked with them and they sent a great moving crew based out of California and we could not have been happier with the service, pick-up and delivery times and the price we owed when they delivered was an additional $300.00 which still was much lower than anyone esle. If you or anyone you know is looking for a moving company, we would suggest giving them a try they did great for us.
