Let me start off on a positive note, the pick-up up and delivery went great adn the movers were nice and very professional. Nothing arrived damaged other than a few dishes that were packed by me but that is no big deal. My price stayed the same as the estimate with the exception of a shuttle fee for my delivery point in Manhattan which I was aware of. The disappointment comes from my delivery time..I really wanted a delivery on the 24th or 25th of November and they did tell me up front that due to the holiday that it may be a problem but they would do their best to do it. They picked my items up on the 10th of November and said they could hold it until I was ready and I told them I would be ready on the 24th or 25th and called me on the 23rd to tell me that my delivery would not be until the 29th which is 4 days later than I requested. Now this may seem trivial to some people and it is in a way but I am just a little disappointed in my delivery times and considering that I used them a year and a half ago to move from Georgia to California and my move was perfect I expected to be delivered on my desired day. At the end of the day, everything was fine and they had extended me $100.00 compensation to make up for my inconvenience. I am not saying that this was a nightmare or horrible experience by any stretch but timing wasn't perfect for me.
