Damaged several things that I can never replace - antique cedar chest had a leg literally ripped off, two gilt candlesticks were shattered, Waterford crystal cracked from the Centennial collection. Lost approximately $10,000 in purses, the majority of which were, ironically, purchased in NYC. Customer service is absolutely NO help -have been dealing with them for three months with no resolution. I haven't even been able to get them to call me back. The delivery driver was rude and tried to argue with me. The claims process takes "up to 90 days" with arbitration. What's to arbitrate - they tore up some items, and just flat didn't deliver others. I have used approx. 15 van lines in my experience with the military and engineering - and I have never had such a horrible experience.
