Many delays but they worked it out for us

When we contracted with america's moving services we set up our pick up dates for 5th or 6th pick up and they said they could make those dates. Unfortunately we got a call from Josh at the americas moving services customer care department on the 3rd stating that the driver was delayed in california and would probably be a day or two late but would be in touch. On the 5th we got another call from the driver Ian stating that he was now most likely running into a third OR fourth day late due to another customer holding him back that could'nt accept their delivery and he had a full truck just waiting for them and could not do any other moves until it was off loaded. This was now becoming an issue since we had to A) be out of our old home for the new tenants to move in and the house still needed to be cleaned and B) had to be at our new jobs in a new state. we were very worried about the whole situatuion at this point but clearly had no choice but to wait it out and hope for the best since they had such high ratings and reviews we hoped they would live up to their online reputation. Ian showed up finally on the 9th 3 days later than our agreed upon dates and when he showed up every bad thought went right out the window. He did such an incredible job and was so professional it was really something to behold. Americas moving compensated us for the time lost due to the late pick-up, included some free packing and did everything they possibly could to make us happy and they succeeded. We are so happy to have chosen them for our movers and would recommend them to everyone.
