there was much confusion about my drivers arrival dates in massachusetts for my furniture pick up. i scheduled a window of 24 or 25 and they called me on 23 and let me know the truck was running late maybe by one day or maybe by two it was so backed up. i was very upset because i had a deadline when to be out of my old apartment but they said they would take care of me. when richard and mike showed up on the 27 in the morning they did a very fast pick up and left off for arlington. they were really good men and very hard workers. before delivery josh called me and said they were deducting 200 for the late pick up which made me very happy. i would use them again adn am very pleased with the outcome of the entire move
