We were moved from Boca Raton, Fl to Vancouver, Wa and since it was their "busy season" we anticipated 2-3 weeks for delivery but due to the size of our move they explained that we could be delivered in as little as 10 days which was our hope. Tim and his crew showed up and did our inventory and packing on Tuesday morning at 8am and continued to pack and load well into the next evening. Tim told us that by law he couldn't possibly deliver until 6 days later so to expect delivery ont eh 7th day and to us that was a shock. Lo and behold, 8am the following Tuesday Tim showed up with 3 men to unload. We signed the paperwork and they were on their way. The extra charges: A shuttling service fee because the tracotr trailer could not access our Vancouver residence and the distance they had to park the tractor and trailer was almost 100 yards so they rented a smaller Ryder truck to access our new home and that was an additional $900.00 which they made us aware in the beginning of the process but thought the Florida end would be the problem and it turned out being the Washington end. Packing charges: We estimated packing at around $3,000.00 and it actually cost $2,680.00, other than that, it was what it was and we were thrilled with the service that we recieved.
