Our move with this company was typical of the other reviews we read about them. We had great communication with Eric our sales rep, very lucky to have a driver like Ian and his partner Tommy, charges were minimal, we paid additionally for a flat panel television that we had packed by them and our new apartment was on the 4th floor walk up instead of the ground floor apartment that we thought we were going to get. The extra charges totaled $150. No surprises whatsoever. We had a great move with them and we had moved several times and all had some incident, this move was as good as a move can be. Thank you
