| Review: | HORRENDOUS!!!! HORRENDOUS!!!! HORRENDOUS!!!! DO NOT USE CUBE MOVERS! Thousands of dollars of damaged furniture. They literally dropped and smashed things beyond repair, destroyed my $4000 hutch, ruined a $2500 sofa, damaged my $5000 dining room set, and crammed original artwork (that was supposed to be placed in boxes that I paid for) unwrapped in between garden tools! There are too many examples to list. The owner missed two appointments to review the damage and has repeatedly failed to send the claim forms. This is the worst treatment I have ever received from a service-industry business. It is unbelievable that a company can still exist that does absolutely nothing to address, much less resolve, serious service issues. They say they have locations all over the US: NY, NJ, DC, FL, etc complete SCAM, try to call them. Absolutely laughable no numbers, addresses, records, etc.
Please do your homework and call around. Go with the company names you know and heard about.. |
