| Review: | Please don't believe the good reviews that don't offer any details of these supposed people who used Best Time Movers. It seems like the management and employees are using sites like this to try to promote how good their service is but these people are LIARS! My horror story is below of my move that I've also posted to Google and Yelp:
DON'T DON'T DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Under no circumstances would I even recomment this company to my worst enemy. They showed up late and called the morning of the move to ask me for directions to my house. They give you the lowest quote of other companies but then slam you with fees that were buried in the fine print - $75 to "wrap" your TV, $50 to "wrap" your boxspring and mattress before they'll move them. I also signed a contract for three movers and three guys showed up but only two of them actually did anything. The driver, Damon, did everything he could to sit in the truck, smoke cigarettes, and try to chat with me about how he sleeps with housewives as they're moving out of their homes, on the job. He was completely unprofessional, racist, and a slime bag, and I actually moved more of my belongings than he did even though he was being paid for it. Damon also made a comment that he liked a particular bottle of cologne that he saw when first arriving to my old apartment. Shocking that we haven't been able to find that bottle when unpacking. When trying to call the company to complain about all of these issues, the management has only brushed us aside and I was even hung up on by "Mike", one of the managers there. We were also supposed to received a refund and it's been almost a month with no refund. Surprise, surprise. DON'T, DON'T, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I can only imagine that the positive reviews were written by the management, not by clients... |
