Tim and Justin were right on time and got to work organising the boxes by the elevators, even though the loading dock and elevators would not become free for another 40 minutes or so. Extra care was taken with old/ fragile items that were shrink-wrapped. Highly recommend!! Especially after all the horror stories you hear anecdotally, it was a relief to find someone not just reliable but pleasant and courteous.
