In this case the word of mouth is right on. Was referred to White Glove by a friend of a friend. Casper(my rep) was very responsive via e-mail and answered my moving questions very well.
They did everything I would expect:
-Called ahead to say that they were running late(1Hour)
-Parked right in front of the building, even risking a parking ticket.
-Grabbed my furniture from my third floor walk-up very admirably.
-Truck was spotless, clean and had a great White Glove Advert on the side
-Was two cool, well groomed guys, no worries about them getting your stuff dirty.
-Very quick and efficient, total move was well under two hours
Cons
-Dresser has a nicks and scratche (but again, it's ridiculously heavy was moved form a third floor walkup). Deducting one star for not taking a little more time to avoid damage (if it was a nicer piece I might care more).
For the price you just can't do better.
