I had to move for work and I was dreading having to deal with everything involved. A colleague recommended New Times Moving after a cousin used them to move his apartment. He praised the company highly so I made the choice to use them for my move. They were priced a little over another company that I called but I felt comfortable when talking with the customer service person. They gave me a 2 day window for the pickup but due to a truck breaking down the day before they called to push my move back another day. It was an inconvenience but things happen that are not in our control. When they showed up the next day, they were very personable and professional. They worked hard and were very quick in loading the truck. They handled everything carefully while loading the truck. The day before they came to deliver I received a call from the dispatch with an approximate time for the next day. After they unloaded the truck we went through everything to make sure all of my items arrived safely, we found that one box wasn’t there. The driver called the dispatch and within a few hours they were able to locate the box and they delivered it to me within the week. The whole move was much more pleasant than I had expected and I would recommend to people to give them a call for any long distance moving needs
