I needed a moving company last minute since the company I contracted with never showed up (NRS) my back was against the wall, through the process of gathering quotes one person stuck out in my mind. I could not remember the company, nor his name at first but I had several professional email chains written back and forth with him.
I didnt use United at first because this other companies price was cheaper, I should have went with my instinct,
I called Jason and explained to him what had happened, the other company left me on top of my boxes with my arms crossed waiting and without any communication. I was desperate because the buyers were to move in Saturday, I needed to be out of there and didnt even have movers contracted.
Talk about stress. Jason guaranteed me he would have his crew there Friday morning, I reserved with United, I promised him if he came through I would write the best review and send him a bottle of Whiskey (BLUE LABEL).
Friday, 10am I had 3 moving guys at my door step ready to work, I barely slept Thursday night as I had put all my trust in another mover I had never met before, I thought I was going to have to do this move myself. Jason and United came through man, I havent been that happy since the Marlins won the world series first time in 97.
I ran to the door and greated the guys, they worked hard, I was out of my house by Friday afternoon, my wife and I stayed cleaning in order to turn in our home spic and span Saturday morning as agreed.
What a relief, so here I am writing this review and thanking United for their efforts and commitments, needless to say just yesterday my token of appreciation was sent to Jason via UPS. ENJOY my FRIEND.
I truly thank you for being a serious, honest and dedicated company.
