Here is to you United! You guys were GREAT! From beginning to end. Arlene was exceptional with quoting and communication, I worked with a great set of guys who were very experienced. They took apart my furniture, wrapped all everything and loaded it on to their truck along with my boxes, they made it look easy.
I did receive my items 2 days later than expected which made me stay in a hotel for 2 days since I had no family in TN but United gave me a discount to make up for the money that I spent, this was very comforting to me and the main reason I wrote this.
Thank you Arlene for helping me on that. It made a huge difference because you knew I was on a tight budget.
