Movers had no professional equipment to move any of the items, such as piano or bed. They had no mattress bag like I had requested and just wrapped it, which ripped when they moved it. They moved my piano and damaged my kitchen floor and scraped the bottom of the piano. The driver gave an attitude to my husband because my husband told them that they can't just put a few things in the elevator at a time. They wasted time to make more money. Do not have them move your stuff.
