incredibly misleading the entire moving process

alliance is very out of touch with the entire process, no aspect of what was originally discussed was relevant through the move. was promised a certain price, based off of weight, and a delivery between 1-10 days from pickup. Ended up being charged at least 500$ more than anticipated, waited over a month for delivery, and had a lot of damaged items. Customer service was short and very rude everytime i inquired through the process, and movers would seemingly have a completely different set of rules for their pricing. Was living in the city completely alone with no furniture for over a month and only got charged way more than I had budgeted for. overall very frustrating experience and will probably never go through a moving company ever again from this experience
