Canadian National had just done a move for us from Winnipeg to Riverview, NB. I was impressed with the quick delivery. Many companies quoted almost a month for delivery but we received everything within 15 days. The sales rep got a list from us of what we were moving and gave us a flat rate and the final $$$ we paid was not much higher (we opted out for TV pack and 2 mattress covers). I happy with the rates and the final bill. The stuff came within the minimum so I didn’t worry about wrong scales. Hanna is really personable and you don’t need to wait like 40 mins on hold to speak to someonme. Everytime I call if she is busy the other people at the office try to help me. At the end we had 2 boxes missed, but called and reported and the driver brought them by the next day – he missed them on delivery date. by the way the driver and his local crew at delivery were very nice. He was Middle Eastern but very nice. I was alone at home at delivery and the guys never made me feel uncomfortable.
