Due to unforseen circumstances, I've had to move a 3 bedroom house several times over the past two 1/2 years. I've used full-service movers, as well as movers such as Move N On Up, which charge an hourly rate, and do not include a truck, so I believe I have a good basis of experience on which to judge a moving company.
My move with Move N On Up was complicated, both by my very large/heavy furniture (I packed and moved most boxes myself) which went to two locations, one of which was into local storage units, and by two unexpected incidents for which the company took responsibility, which delayed the completion of the move.
Nevertheless, I was charged fairly in terms of hours of service, and I was generally pleased with the honesty and professionalism of Robert and the sustained effort for eleven hours of both Robert and Ryan. Great job, guys! And thank you!
