This is a classic example of over promise and under deliver as well as bait & switch. They suck you in their web, they over charge, and hold your belongings hostage until you pay. Absolutle the worst company I've evr dealt with in any business. They should be investigated, prosecuted, and shut down. It is a crime that they are able to take advantage, mislead, deceive, and prosper.
