Excellent service - we would use True state moving services again. Their manager who I was working with had immense knowledge about this service and he was so friendly in answering my questions. He was able to get the COI and deal with my new building management, which is going through a transition now and are a mess - but he was able to deal with their craziness! Their online portal is super easy to use to enter your inventory details and pay your initial deposit. On the day of the move, I was worried because the movers were scheduled to come between 8:30-9am but came around 9:45am- obviously because of the rush hour traffic. I was in downtown, and they were coming from uptown so they got stuck in traffic on the way in. Even with the delay they were able to move all of my items within a few hours from my old house to a new one within a day covering a very long way. No damage to any of my items. Reasonable price, outstanding quality. We were truly impressed and gave a very generous tip because this crew was great - super fast, safe, and efficient. Moving is stressful - but thanks guys for making it a much easier process!
