TSI has been completely negligent in handling and moving our Grandfather Clock. They have lost the pendulum for this antique clock and have rendered the clock completely useless. The GF clock which was a Valentine gift to my mother from my dad just 6 months before he passed away. When TSI picked up the shipment they failed to properly account for just four items and they have not taken responsibility for losing the part. It's a four foot long pendulum, how hard is that to find? They have done nothing to search for and locate the missing part, and have been entirely careless in their response. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU DONT CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR PROPERTY!! February 11, 2017
