They called to let me know they were running a bit late (only 10 minutes) and immediately got to work once they arrived. They had me moved from a 4th floor apartment to a 4th floor apartment in 3 hours total. They even gave me a ride! My only complaint, and it's fairly minor, is that they did break my dresser and didn't tell me. They knew they did it because they put the wood back on. I know shit happens when you're moving and it's only an Ikea dresser but it's the principle of it! Still, a smooth moving experience and they were nice. I would use them again for sure but hopefully I won't have to.
