I had confirmed with US Movers Inc just a few days earlier that 3 movers would arrive by 8:30 since the elevator was only available between 9 and 11. They showed up right on time, in fact they arrived 5 minutes early. It was overall great service from beginning to end. Communication was strong throughout the process among the movers and the goods arrived at the specified time, in my new house. The crew was very friendly and efficient, while taking good care not to damage anything, particularly concerning any valuables.
