They were late to arrive; 3 people - only 2 worked the entire day; 1 was on the phone back to headquarters trying to figure out additional charges - Forman. According to the co - that's the way they do it for all jobs. I had hired the same company 2 years ago and all 3 worked. So, the estimate for time for 3 - now doubled - After they completed loading the truck they disappeared for almost 2 hours - of which was added into the time that I was charged. Damage to favorite desk - they broke a leg on favorite table and smashed the corner of a bench in addition to slicing thru an exercise ball. When the day started to progress, the formen told the other two that they were not going to put the bed or dining table back together because they had to get back! I was lucky that one guy felt sorry for me and helped me - But I HAD TO DO IT!
I have NEVER worked with a more unprofessional company! When I called after they left - "sorry, you didn't call during - too late can't do anything about it...Estimate was $450 - ended up at like $1,070!!! Unbelievable - these types of companies should be shutdown for consumer protection. DO NOT HIRE THEM WHATEVER YOU DO!
