Our five man crew was amazing. Not one single issue from start to finish. They were quick, efficient, and, most importantly, friendly. They arrived right on time and finished the job in about five hours, which was under the estimated time. For five guys and a big truck, they were worth every penny (and came in at least $1000 cheaper than any of the other companies I called). We booked the complete truck, we had all the space we needed and delivery was guaranteed two day later – does it get ANY better than this?? Our team took apart and reassembled furniture effortlessly and placed everything where I wanted it. They went above and beyond. I had sold a piece of furniture on Craigslist and they carried it out and put it in the buyer's car for her. They even did a quick home improvement project for me (closet shelving needed to be adjusted) when we got to my new place.
Obtaining the initial quote and arranging for the move was easy— our gal in charge, Lisa was always very helpful, friendly, and responsive. I'd definitely recommend getting the wardrobe boxes--they were a lifesaver! At $15 a pop, you can't beat it; I only asked for three but, luckily, they had extras on the truck. They also provided (free of charge) up to five green crates to pack loose ends. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
