In order for me to understand how Beefcake moving & storage works, I would need to experience their service right? Well, I hired them last week and my moving date was two days ago. I called them again the day before to confirm a time and they said 9 pm. It’s been 50 hours since that! Nobody bothered to show up and contact me to let me know what’s wrong. Even they never received my call in the last two days! I’m now stuck at my apartment which I had to vacate by yesterday! Companies like Beefcake moving & storage don’t care for their clients. They probably found a bigger job and never even bothered to have a conversation with me! I am just so angry!
