Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT USE Classic Van Lines!!! They sell you easily with their customer service and seemingly complete contract, but they are just a broker. An entirely different company name did the actual move. Not only was my price estimate completely under valued, the movers showed up 7 hours late, only 2 men when there were supposed to be 3 and without the proper equipment needed to complete the entire move. I had to ship some things separately because of their mistake.
I moved out of state so I called for delivery and it took 22 days from then for my things to get delivered. But the delivery was just as bad. Not only did the movers refuse to carry my boxes up stairs, they piled them all on my first floor and now I have to carry them myself. There was no mention of this policy when I signed the contract.
Ive moved 7 times in the past 12 years and nothing has even come close to the nightmare that Classic Van Lines provided for me. Then to top it all off, one of the movers failed to flush the toilet. A perfect end to the worst move in my life!!
