Horrible Experience

I don't know where to start .The pick up date for the furniture was changed since they couldn't come on the day I originally planned. It took them 30 days from pick up to delivery my furniture.i had to rebuy several things for my family because of the long delay. Their customer service was so horrible especially with Collin and Leah. I would have to keep calling them because they were either busy or at lunch. We bought brand new furniture few months earlier and when they delivered it , most of it had been damaged or chipped. When they picked up our furniture they told us to pay 90% of the fee and then we still had to wait so long for my belongings. At delivery, we ended up paying even more which I don't think was correct because how do we really know how much our stuff weighed at the scale. They never give us a copy of the receipt. The guy who picked up our stuff said we were probably under our limit because we didn't have much stuff. He was wrong. When they came to deliver the furniture the guy wanted even more money and i told them i talked to the manager(Cliff) and he told another amount which was less. We were given a little compensation but still it wasn't worth it. The company said it was peak season (end of June) when i needed my stuff moved but 30 days is way too long. If I had known this from day one I would of never used this company. After unpacking I was missing my baby monitor and the baby camera and a few other items. This was the worst experience ever and from now on I will rent my own truck for our next move.
