When I was moving I made a mistake of going with another company that offered the lowest rate. That turned out to be a classic switch and bait thing. I refused their services and called Frontier on the day of my move, literally last minute. That was in Houston, so they were actually able to come and pick me up on the same day. And they still charged me the same regular fee. I was surprised at the very least. The move went well and my stuff was delivered across the country to Florida within 2 weeks. Good company.
