These guys are the best! They arrived exactly on time, packed my entire apartment into the truck in less than an hour, drove to my boyfriend's house, packed his apartment (which had two flights of stairs) into the truck in an hour and unpacked the truck into our new apartment in an hour (after reaching to Richmond, VA). It was amazing! They even brought wardrobe boxes so I didn't have to stuff my clothes into a suitcase. They really made you feel comfortable, which I appreciated since they were handling everything I own. I can't say enough good things about Grace van lines.
