The salesman Frank will tell you ANYTHING to lure you into using their company. He told me what other companies might do to me and then ended up doing exactly what the "other" companies did. He lied and cheated to make money. Do the packing yourself because they will pack every single item in a sep box so to make sure you are charged for extra cubic square feet. They do not send bills for using their storage but have no problem sending you a nasty email if you don't pay. Movers spoke little to no English, relying on only one that did. They do not hit you with the extra charges until everything is already in their truck. We will never use this company again. Buyers beware!
