We hired these people to come pick up our belongings on March 8th. It is now April 13th and still no belongings in sight. We try to contact them to get any sort of time line and no answer is ever given to us. The current excuse as to why we don't have our belongings is that it is not in the Florida warehouse but it might be in their Michigan warehouse. Before it was that they didn't have any drivers to drive it to Erie because that was too far away. Before that, it was the department of transportation fault because the truck was late and then because of regulations it was taking them multiple days to load the truck. Now, the person is not sure where our things are though and could not get a hold of anyone to confirm this. The whole month has just been excuse after excuse. You pay them money beforehand, they pick up your things, and then hold it hostage. We are now reviewing all possible courses of action to take against them because we don't believe we will ever see our things again.
