Let’s be honest; relocation isn’t cheap. The moving companies quote such ridiculous hourly rates that you wish you didn’t have to move at all. The only way to minimize the cost of moving is to hire a company with very efficient workers who don’t waste time. I was happy to pay exactly what was worth but not a cent over that. I hired Puma van lines for my move and asked them several times if they had any extra hidden costs that would rock up later on. They assured me there would be none and they kept their promise. Their crew was very efficient. I have a lot of stuffs and some of them are very fiddly and fragile. I also have a massive collection of wine glasses. I wanted the movers to be very careful with my things but do their jobs fast. I understand how contradictory my requirements might have sounded. Amazingly, the guys did exactly what I asked for. They were very precise with their work and time efficient too. I was very impressed with them.
