For a small move, we couldn't have asked for better. Carol explained everything and booked the carrier. The carrier got the boxes across the country in under the estimated time. The boxes had a few dings but nothing was damaged. One suggestion: make sure and pack your boxes well. The better you pack your items, the better they survive the trip. Label the outside of the box with the new address and a contact phone. The person delivering our boxes used that information. He told use that it was appreciated by all who handled our move.
