I booked viper for the second time last week after having a successful move 1 and a half years ago, and will say the experience was equally good. John and his 2 man crew did a tremendous job moving our 3 Bedroom house from CA to OR in about 12 total hours, which was an hour less than we had originally been quoted. Nothing was damaged, the crew was courteous and friendly, and they worked quickly but carefully. Martin the dispatch kept us informed during the process and did a good job of having the right sized crew and trucks for our move. If I have to move again, which I hopefully won't anytime soon, I wouldn't hesitate to use viper again.
