When my actual mover canceled the move, I was thinking about Xtreme and read reviews in this site. I found them very easily, called and got an appointment. I clarified my situation to the sales agent Peter, I became emotional, and he calmed me down. Anyway, he accommodated me on my previous move date because I booked the elevators at both apartments. The movers were very courteous and professional. The way they worked it seemed it was very easy for them. I defiantly recommend them.
