I simply needed two movers to help remove heavy furniture and put the items on a truck. I spoke with the Office Manager, Eric, who ASSURED me that the total would be $160 - two guys, $80 an hour. That's it. I even confirmed with him, "no strings attached? Are there any hidden charges? $160, that's it, right?" "YES MA'AM $160, that's it" he replied. The day of the move, the movers were an hour late, and then informed me that there was a three hour minimum. I proceeded to call Eric and he pretended it wasn't him, told me the office was closed and to call back Monday. The movers were there for less than two hours, and were paid $240. I called Eric this morning and asked him if he recalled our conversation, he denied it. I hope the bad publicity is worth the $80 stolen from me.
