This company has the worst customer service I have ever had. I am a professional. I am involved in business transactions daily. I would never use this company again.
The sales rep (Stevie) and I had numerous telephone conversations about packing materials and supplies needed for my move. I explained that I was going to pack myself. When the movers arrived they told me I had things packed incorrectly and that they would have to repack. This inccurred numerous charges. As they continued it just got worse. More packing materials and more labor costs for the repacking.
The movers would not continue until I signed a blank document. Because they already had some of my things packed and on the truck I felt I had no choice.
I counted the boxes used, the rolls of tape, the shrink wrap, and what do you know...When the driver returned with the packing material inventory, I was over charged. He could barely speak english therefore we had a language barrier.
Stevie also quoted me for storage of my furniture. $95.00 per month for 2000 lbs. I recieved a call from the company informing me that my storage was going to be nearly $300.00 per month. I only have 1730 lbs.
It is impossible to dispute any claim with this company. Stevie, Jasmin, and Linda do not care about the customer being happy or well taken care of. I feel sick that I chose this company.
