This company is one I will never recommend. On the agreed time of pick up the movers were a couple hours late. They ran out of packing materials a hour into packing and then took a 2 hour lunch. Later upon unpacking we saw that all of the boxes they had would have worked but they chose to put one or two things in a box and then seal it up. That took a huge effect on the final price. I was told packing would take between 5-7 hours it went to 11 and we hate to take a late move out fee from our apartment complex for not being out at the time we told them. I had washer/dryer that I could not take with me so I offered it to the movers to have, they then loaded it onto the truck took it to be weighed and so something that belonged to them I was being charged for. We arrived to New Hampshire expecting to have our belongings within a week or so. Three weeks later we recieved or belongings and we had a cracked mirror and several boxes of our belongings were not there. They did not unpack as I was told they were going to. But throughout this whole expierence the person who I first talked to who said he would be there from the start to finish never picked up his phone after I made that first payment. Stay far away from this company.
